Fanning Gouldson Financial Planning didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a conversation between Tim and Isabelle about the kind of advice practice they would want for their own family — and for the people in their community.
Tim had spent years studying and qualifying as a financial adviser, gaining experience in retirement planning and aged care. But the industry he saw around him often felt impersonal — focused on products and transactions rather than people and relationships. He knew there had to be a better way.
Isabelle, with her background in administration and marketing, understood that great advice is only half the picture. The other half is how you make people feel — welcomed, supported, and never rushed. Together, they set out to build a practice where both sides matter equally.
The result is Fanning Gouldson Financial Planning — a local, family-run business serving Toowoomba and surrounds, with a commitment to plain English, transparent pricing, and advice that stays with you for life.
